Description: NCNS covers the Greater Western Sydney, Nepean, Blue Mountains & Lithgow areas. Programs are provided to support disadvantaged and vulnerable members of the local community. Services are provided through Koolyangarra, our Aboriginal Family Centre in Cranebrook offering a range of Aboriginal support and community programs. Youth, family support and community programs are run through centres at South Penrith, Kingswood Park & Cranebrook. Neighbourhood centres and Aboriginal Family Centre are located in the Penrith LGA. Staff are located in Penrith, Katoomba, and Lithgow. Case management and care coordination programs are provided from Blacktown to Lithgow.
