Description: Registered charity and non-profit community development organisation. CFD works directly with, and at the invitation of, Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander individuals, families organisations and communities. We connect them with a national network of skilled volunteers from backgrounds as diverse as child care, IT, manufacturing, law and medicine. CFD's role in the community is to facilitate partnerships between Aboriginal and Torres Straight Islander people and the broader Australian community, governments and the private sector to work together towards a more equitable society.
