Description: Provides NDIS Support Coordination and core supports for people with disabilities. Offers Community Connection Coordinators to support people living with a disability to access community and mainstream services. Provides multicultural casework services, bilingual workers, access to computers and immigration information. Assists in the settlement of refugees and migrants and liaises with government departments and community based organisations to provide effective services to refugees and migrants. The services include providing assistance and information including employment assistance, community development, social clubs and groups and ethnic women's groups. The Learner Driver Mentoring Program covers driver safety, education and practical experience. The Families NSW program is a CALD Early Intervention Program which provides support to families with children up to 8 years old. Provide Home Care packages and Commonwealth Home Support.
