Description: Provides a range of programs for people experiencing depression, anxiety, post traumatic stress injuries/trauma, phobias, panic attacks, relationship difficulties, self esteem and drug and alcohol issues. Includes skills programs for people living with chronic mental illness or traumatic life events and relapse prevention groups. Also a program for people dealing with addiction. A not-for-profit Catholic health care group operating hospitals and social outreach services.
