Description: Community organisation which provides individualised support services to people with disability. Supports adults, children and adolescents with a disability and their families across the greater Western Sydney area. Specialised supports aimed at people with intellectual disability and people with Prader Willi Syndrome. Supports include supported disability accommodation and respite care services, home care services including daily living skills, early childhood supports for children with developmental delays, therapeutic supports, Medicare registered psychologists provide bulk billed services to clients requiring focused psychological strategies for mental health conditions, funded under the Medicare Mental Health Care Initiative. Registered NDIS Provider providing support coordination and plan management services.
