Description: Wellspace Australia provide Support Coordination and Specialist Support Coordination for participants of the NDIS. They specialise in complex mental health and Psychosocial disabilities. Wellspace can help with: Complex Mental Health and Disabilities; Home Modifications; Navigating Accommodation needs including Supported Independent Living and other housing options; Assistive Technology; NDIS reviews and AAT process; Behaviour Support; Therapies; Transitions; Criminal Justice including transitioning from custody or navigating the Justice system; Children, young people and adult; Employment; ATSI and CALD community; Goal Planning; OOHC and FACS. Wellspace Australia facilitate well-being programs throughout Australia. Current programs include: Laughter Yoga; Team Building; Stress Buster; Wellness Workshops; Meditation and the Sister Hood Tribe. All appointments are at the participant’s home or in the community.
