Description: Care for people who live, work or attend school/preschool in the western sector of the Blacktown Local Government Area. Provides assistance seeking counselling, problem gambling services, and chronic or complex care services. Also provides Child and Family Health Nursing (for children aged 0-5 years), Speech Pathology (for children aged 0-7 years), Occupational Therapy (for children aged 0-7 years), and Hearing testing (for children aged 3-12 years). Also operate from Crestwood Aged Day Care Centre, Tallowwood Aged Day Care Centre; Copperfield Aged Day Services.
