Description: Your Aged Care at Home formerly Trading as Latvian Aged Care Laima is a registered charity and public benevolent institution subsidised by the Department of Health to provide Home Care Packages to eligible clients. The Home Care Packages Programs assists the older person to continue to live at home despite increasing difficulties. It is a program based on the permanent needs of the individual, not on temporary needs, such as recovery after an operation. To be eligible to receive a care package, your needs must be assessed by an Aged Care Assessment (ACAT). Call 1800 200 422 to arrange. First Thursday of the month- Pancakes Luncheon at 12 noon.

Hours: 8:00am- 6:00pm Mon- Fri, 8:00am- 12 midday (Sat).

Fees: A fee is negotiated upon ability to pay and the level of assistance given on the Home Care Package program. This is calculated at 17.5% of the pension.
