Location: Mount Wilson Fire Station, The Avenue, Mount Wilson 2786

Description: Volunteer emergency response organisation for local area and further afield when requested. Assists in search and rescue, bush fires and motor vehicle accidents along the Bells Line of Road between Mt Tomah and Bell. Community First Responder to 000 incidents. Involved in Hazard reductions and community engagement to develop a FireWise community. Minimum age is 16 for active members. Junior members aged 12-16 can participate in training but cannot attend fires or incidents.

Volunteering: Training at both local and District level throught NSW RFS. Training covers needs of operational front line firefighters, community engagement volunteers and support for the brigade.
