Description: An early intervention, free volunteer home visiting support service for parents, child carers and families in the Hawkesbury Local Government Area, who have at least one family member from 0-12 years of age. Provides help in 2 hour blocks. The families may require assistance with such things as social isolation, parenting, solo parenting, multiple birth, young or first-time parenting, post-natal depression and child/parent with a disability.
