Description: The service handles complaints about Commonwealth funded disability employment services and advocacy programs. The service is funded by the Commonwealth as a part of the Quality Assurance system and operated by an independent non-government organisation. The main focus will be the resolution of complaints that have been unable to be resolved by the service provider or where a service user is more comfortable with an independent complaints service.
