Description: Forum meets online via TEAMS on a monthly basis, on the fourth Thursday of the month. Discusses aged and disability care issues and or gaps for service under My Aged Care and the National Disability Insurance Scheme in the Blue Mountains and strategies to address these issues. Services covered include Meals on Wheels, home care, home modification and maintenance, community transport, centre based meals, volunteer carers, respite care, community nursing, and day programs.
