Description: BaptistCare at home provide a wide range of services and supports to assist senior Australians to remain living independently at home. Services include help with tasks around the home such as cleaning and laundry, preparing meals, assistance with personal care such as showering and dressing, transport to appointments, social groups, physiotherapy, exercise programs, and even helping learn how to use the internet. Offers planned and coordinated Home Care Packages (Level 1-4) and Commonwealth Home Support Programme (CHSP) services to assist people to maintain independence at home.
