Description: Provides Occupational Therapy for inpatients and outpatients of Blacktown/Mt Druitt Health. Assessment of activites of daily living, prescription of equipment, education re falls prevention, energy conservation and fatigue management. Loan of equipment for discharge if required via STES. Community patients are referred through community Health central intake line 1800 600 681
