Description: The Armory Gallery presents a program of free exhibitions throughout the year including ArtExpress and Operation Art. The program also includes contemporary art exhibitions showcasing works by artists whot have participated in the Armory's Artists at the Armory residency and studio hire program. The Gallery is heritage-listed - 500 sqm former naval armaments storage facility that has been adapted for re-use. It is owned and managed by Sydney Olympic Park Authority, and is the key venue for the delivery of the Authority's arts and culture programming initiative.
