Description: Early intervention service. Assists young people aged 12-18 years and newly arrived young people aged 12-21 years who are at risk of homelessness or recently homeless, as well as their families through case work, counselling and mediation. Also runs group programs and provide assistance with education, accommodation, legal and health issues. Services the Bankstown, Parramatta, Liverpool, Fairfield, Cumberland and Blacktown area.
