Description: Provides needle and syringe service, information and referral. Condoms and health education for injecting drug users, sex workers and others who might be at risk of exposure to HIV/AIDS or Hepatitis B and C. Also provides community clean ups and pick up of needles from private homes. An outreach service is also available for targeted clients.
