Description: Supported crisis accommodation for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander young people aged 16-22 who are homeless or at risk of homelessness. This service includes case management to move towards more permanent independent living options. This includes living skills programs, engaging in education and/or employment, and addressing barriers that are preventing young people from accessing stable housing which could include mental health, drug and alcohol or legal issues.
