Description: Offer Social and Community Participation, Employment, Work Readiness Training, Transition to Work, Respite and Supported Accommodation, Supported Holidays (Afford Getaways), Recreation and Leisure (Club Afford) and Parent/Carer Support Program to people with disability. Programs include skill development, opportunities to increase independence, community participation and achievement of personal goals. The main structure of the service offers individual and group - Community Access; participation in community-based activities planned according to individual client goals. The Community Options Program offers each client greater variety and flexibility; integration; interaction and choice. Provides business services, open employment, and supported employment. Facilities include conference facilities, sensory rooms and library (resource centre). Various locations throughout Western Sydney, South Western Sydney and Inner Western Sydney. NDIS Provider.
