Description:

Provides four levels of Home Care Packages for people 65 and over. Level 1 supports people with basic care needs. Level 2 supports people with low level care needs (formerly Community Aged Care Packages CACP). Level 3 supports people with intermediate care needs. Level 4 supports people with high level care needs (formerly Extended Aged Care at Home EACH and Extended Aged Care at Home Dementia Packages).

Services include: shopping assistance; social support; domestic assistance; personal care; home maintenance; home modification; nursing; meals on wheels; respite care.
