Description: Provides case management, recreational and creative activities, advocacy, referral and case work for young people at risk of homelessness, suspension from school or alcohol and other drugs. Also runs a mobile outreach service for young people considered to be at risk and a centre based needle exchange service.

Hours: Mon-Fri 9am-1pm and 2pm-5pm (Office)

Eligibility: From 12 to 25 years.
